Delivery & returns

We ship across the EU from Latvia. Prices below are for a standard parcel; heavier orders are quoted at checkout on the actual weight.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 11:00 EET on a working day leave the same day. Everything else goes the next working day.

Packaging

Paper and card, no plastic void fill. The jars are glass and travel in a moulded pulp insert.

Damaged on arrival

Tell us within seven days with a photograph and we replace or refund it. You do not need to send anything back.

Returns

Food is generally exempt from the distance-selling return right once opened. Unopened packs can come back within fourteen days at your cost, refunded on arrival.

Wrong or missing

Our mistake, our cost. We send the right thing straight away.
